  The key component of the bellows seal globe valve is the metal bellows. The lower end is welded to the valve stem assembly by automatic rolling welding, and the upper end is welded to the connecting plate by automatic rolling welding, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem. The valve disc and valve body sealing surfaces are ground and pressure tested after assembly, all achieving zero leakage. As an auxiliary seal, the packing gland is still retained above the bellows to improve reliability. The metal bellows of high-pressure valves use a multi-layer structure and hydraulic forming to ensure a full-stroke switching life of 10,000 cycles under high pressure.

  Only globe valves, due to their flow resistance structure, are used more often than gate valves in throttling applications. Additionally, globe valves always have a very laborious opening and closing process whether installed normally or reversed, so they cannot be made very large or be difficult to operate. Additionally, it has a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, and the valve stem surface is treated to have good corrosion resistance, effectively preventing corrosion of gas components.

  Therefore, during use, the distance between the bellows and the valve must be maintained to prevent the bellows from bearing excessive pressure. Special attention should be paid to the material before melting, as it is a high-temperature resistant polymer.
