Introduction to the application and working principle of bellows globe valve

Bellows globe valve Widely used in gas systems such as petrochemical, chemical fiber textile, plastics, papermaking, power, steel, printing and dyeing, rubber, natural gas, etc. It is safe and reliable in performance and widely used in industrial fluids such as ethylene glycol. Driving methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

The product has a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, and a double sturdy and durable bellows sealing design (bellows + packing) to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem. No liquid loss, improving the safety of plant equipment.

It also meets international sealing standards. The sealing surface is overlaid with cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and friction-resistant, with a long service life. The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided, providing good corrosion and friction resistance; the valve stem lifting position indicator is more intuitive.

Working principle features Bellows globe valve The valve plays an important role in cutting off the medium and throttling. As an important shut-off valve, torque is applied to the valve stem seal, and the valve stem presses the valve disc axially, making the valve sealing surface closely fit the valve seat sealing surface to prevent medium leakage through the gap between sealing surfaces. The pulse valve consists of two parts: the main valve and the auxiliary valve, also known as the auxiliary guide type or combined valve stem or a set of hammer spring-loaded village L structure. When the pressure equipment exceeds the specified value, the auxiliary valve acts, but does not directly exhaust; instead, through the auxiliary valve and pulse valve, it safely releases pressure. The safety valve (2 sea valve) opens and closes with little delay and flexible movement. Due to its complex structure, the two are closely connected and only used for boilers and high-pressure vessels requiring safety discharge. The main components of this structure include the valve seat, main valve disc, main valve seat, piston cylinder, auxiliary valve disc, diaphragm, etc. It consists of the main valve and auxiliary valve parts, with the main valve in the lower half and the auxiliary valve in the upper half. The medium passes through the main valve and auxiliary valve discs. When the medium pressure exceeds the specified value, it first compresses the valve spring, causing the valve disc to rise and the valve to open. The medium enters the upper part of the piston cylinder, pushing the piston down, driving the main valve disc downward, opening the main valve, and discharging the medium. When the medium pressure drops to the specified value, the auxiliary valve begins to close under the action of the upper spring, the pressure above the piston decreases, and the main valve also begins to close under the medium pressure. Suitable for large diameter and high-pressure occasions.

The sealing pair of the globe valve consists of the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface. The valve stem drives the valve disc to move vertically along the valve seat centerline. During opening and closing, the stroke is small, flow regulation is convenient, manufacturing and maintenance are easy, and the pressure range is wide. Compared with commonly used shut-off valves in industrial production, the bellows globe valve has a simple structure, easy manufacturing and maintenance. In terms of service life, the sealing surface is not easily worn, and there is no relative sliding between the valve disc and sealing surface during opening and closing, thus reducing sealing surface wear and improving the service life of the sealing pair. The valve disc has a small stroke and relatively low height during full closure.
