Characteristics of Star Discharge Valve Layout The star discharge valve mainly consists of a housing, impeller, and end cover. The bearing and accelerator of this machine protrude outward, which can prevent dust from squeezing into the bearing and large particles from sticking. During construction, the accelerator and machinery drive the impeller to rotate through a process coupling, evenly conveying the material from the upper part of the box to the lower part. Then, the next step of material assembly and transportation is carried out. Regarding the material port of the star discharge valve, it can be divided into square port (Type A) and round port (Type B). The direct-coupled ash discharge valve is generally composed of the electromechanical part and cycloidal accelerator.

Application and Protection

1. When starting, ensure safety according to your own judgment. Do not contact the rotor department.

2. This machine is suitable for continuous operation and allows forward and reverse operation.

3. Star-shaped Discharge Valve During transportation and installation, it is necessary to maintain stability and prevent collisions that may cause box damage and deformation.

4. When the input shaft and the rest of the machine are fitted, indirect hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.

5. During use, if axial leakage or ash leakage occurs, simply tighten the material sleeve screws or replace the gasket base and press the material sleeve tightly.

6. During operation, it is recommended to prevent material overlength or overload from causing equipment malfunction or electromechanical short circuits, which accelerate electromechanical damage. Install overload protection devices for users.

7. Star-shaped Discharge Valve Within 6-10 months after commissioning, the transmission and bearing parts should be lubricated (lithium-based grease). When the temperature is high, humid, or dusty, please appropriately extend the oil change interval.
