  1. Uses:

   Star-shaped Discharge Valve Mainly used as the primary equipment for ash discharge and residual equipment feeding in dust removal systems, suitable for powdery and granular materials. It is also used in material conveying systems for solids, powders, granular materials, and powder-granule mixtures, serving as general equipment for discharging, mixing, dust removal, packaging, metering, and quantitative conveying.

  2. Working Principle:

   Star-shaped Discharge Valve Through the transmission of process machinery and the accelerator, the impeller, evenly divided in layout, rotates inside the housing. Materials from the upper hopper or material supply assembly fill the impeller cavities. As the impeller rotates, materials are taken out to the lower part of the housing and can be discharged evenly and continuously downstream according to the transportation system's requirements.

  3. During transportation and installation of the star-shaped discharge valve, stability must be maintained to prevent collisions that could cause housing fractures or deformation.

  4. When matching the input shaft and the rest of the machine, indirect hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.

  5. During use, if axial leakage or ash leakage occurs, simply tighten the material sleeve screws or replace the gasket at the root to press the material sleeve.

  6. During operation, it is recommended to prevent equipment conditions or electromechanical short circuits caused by excessively long materials or overloads, which can damage the accelerator. Overload protection components should be added for users.

  7. Within 6-10 months after the star-shaped discharge valve is put into use, transmission and bearing parts should be lubricated (lithium-based grease). In high temperature, humid, or dusty environments, the oil change interval should be appropriately extended.
