Let's take a look at some of the structural features of the bellows seal valve. This dual-seal design ensures that if the bellows fail, the valve stem packing will still prevent leakage. The bellows seal valve is well-manufactured and structurally reasonable, offering reliable sealing and excellent performance. It also has an attractive appearance, with no fluid loss during use, reducing energy loss and enhancing the safety of plant equipment.
Bellows Seal Valve Let's take a look at some of its structural features. This dual-seal design ensures that if the bellows fail, the valve stem packing will still prevent leakage. The bellows seal valve is manufactured with this in mind. Structurally, it is very reasonable, with reliable sealing and excellent performance. It also has an attractive appearance, causes no fluid loss during use, reduces energy loss, and improves the safety of plant equipment. Additionally, it features wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good friction resistance. The bellows seal valve has a relatively long service life and requires fewer repairs, thereby reducing operating costs. Moreover, it guarantees zero leakage of the valve stem and provides maintenance-free conditions. The gate valve stem undergoes tempering and surface nitriding treatment, offering good corrosion and friction resistance. These are its basic details, which are important to know in advance. More knowledge points will be updated in the next issue. Bellows Seal Valve Also known as a gate valve, it is a forced-sealing valve. When the bellows seal valve is closed, a certain pressure must be applied to the valve disc to ensure no leakage. When the medium enters the valve from below, the operating force must overcome the corresponding resistance, which includes the friction between the packing and valve stem as well as the thrust generated by the medium's pressure. Therefore, closing the bellows seal valve requires much more force than opening it. Generally, the valve stem diameter must be larger; otherwise, bending failure may occur.
Bellows Seal Valve This valve can throttle and cut off the medium in the bellows. As a very important segment-type valve, the bellows seal valve achieves sealing by applying torque to the valve stem, causing the stem to exert axial pressure that tightly presses the sealing surface against the valve seat sealing surface, preventing leakage through gaps between the sealing surfaces. The bellows seal valve consists of the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface. The valve stem can drive the valve disc to move vertically along the centerline of the valve seat.
