At 10:00 AM on February 4th, all middle and senior management personnel arrived punctually at the 2021 performance oath-taking meeting, carrying the already signed "Performance Assessment Responsibility Agreement," calm and confident.

As the primary responsible persons for employee performance management and promoters of work performance improvement, department heads took the oath at the meeting, determined to complete the established assessment targets and key tasks. The loud oath echoed throughout the building, the names of the oath-takers were deeply engraved on the oath wall, and their eyes were filled with passion and determination.
