During the intense two-hour competition, participants strictly wore protective equipment as required, prepared materials in advance, and used their proficient operational skills to assemble products quickly, orderly, and attentively.
Throughout the entire competition, each participant demonstrated focus, precision, and efficiency. Whether in pre-production material preparation, assembly during production, or post-production pressure testing, all operations were strictly in accordance with standards, following Chairman Tao's guidelines of attention to detail, resilience in tough battles, and striving to be the best. The quality inspectors and process engineers responsible for scoring observed the participants carefully and scored them objectively based on fairness and justice.
The successful conclusion of this assembly skills competition made employees more aware of the urgency to master and improve their skill levels. Participants who performed well expressed during experience sharing and summaries that they will engage in comprehensive learning in future work to become versatile workers.
