Lined Diaphragm Valve

Lined diaphragm valve is a special form valve with cut-off function.Its cut-off part is diaphragm which is made of steel valve flap and soft material(FEP+EPDM compound) and it spaced from inner body cavity to valve cover inner cavity so as to achieve cut-off of the medium in tube. According to their structures, it can be divided into two types: one is full lining G41F46 type weir and another is G45F46DC style.

Product Description

SRUCTURALFEATURES:
1.The inner cavity located at lower body cavity is separated from the valve cover by compounded diaphragm and Dc channel is formed.The upper diaphragm valve stem, valve flap, etc, completely insulated from medium to omit the packing structure and avoid both medium inner leakage and medium outer leakage.
2.A special process grooves is machined in valve body inner cavity to enhance binding force between fluorine plastic and metal matrix and reliable lined performance can be guaranteed.
3.The diaphragm for actuators is easily to produce fatigue fracture due to the frequent opening and closing and it should regularly be replaced according to actually working condition and characteristics of medium.
